Alexandre De Raemaeker
	Alexandre is a Belgian citizen born in Brussels, based in Kyiv UA. Alexandre graduated from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles with a Master in Economics with a focus on European Integration. He started his career at McKinsey & Co. Affiliated to the Strategy practice, he advised clients on organization (leadership, management capabilities) and growth (international expansion, regulatory management, working out the "winning formula"). As a team manager, he was responsible for recruiting, coaching and motivating young talent from Eastern Europe. Alexandre is the founding partner of Diamond Recruiters.
Elena Ipatova
	Elena Ipatova is Director at Diamond Recruiters and also heads the human development services. She has more than 10 years of professional experience as an HR director in large industrial and trading holdings in Ukraine (including TAS Insurance and Avista Construction). Elena received her education from Kyiv National Economic University and obtained number of certificates for being a qualified trainer in fields such as Effective Leadership, Strategic Management: Balanced Scorecard, Corporate Culture, Effective HR Management, Reengineering of Business Processes.
Pouria Lotfi
	Pouria Lotfi is a Canadian citizen currently residing in Victoria British Columbia. Pouria received an Honours BA from the Univeristy of Toronto and working towards a Masters degree in Sociology from the Ecoles des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris France. He has worked in a variety of fields, including consulting, humanitarian aid in Afghanistan and most recently. His experience includes effective candidate search, training and personal coaching. Pouria is the Director in charge of the Canadian franchise of Diamond Recruiters.
HR Consultants and Analysts
Consultants at Diamond Recruiters are University graduates from prestigious Ukrainian universities. Their main responsibility is to make a first screening of the candidates. Our HR Consultants have access to our three main databases: corporate finance profiles, financial services, sales & marketing.
Network
Diamond recruiters network spans the CEE region. We are able to source expatriate talent from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Canada and Western Europe. Due to the vagaries of history, a large Ukrainian Diaspora resides in North America, especially Canada. A new generation is coming to the fore and searching for its deeper roots and eager to participate to the economic development of the "motherland". Western trained, fluent in English and Ukrainian, balancing ambition with integrity, able to lead projects - they are key contributors to companies they join.
